Spraying Colortex Color-coat

The Colortex Color-coat can be applied by conventional spray methods with simple modifications of equipment you may or may not have.

NOTE: This product is not a paint or is it a product like Zolatone. The equipment set up to spray these products will not and can not spray this coating. This is a heavy bodied coating with fixed particles which will pack in the tip of that set up. The coating also will not flow through a 3/8” hose at any pressure.

Hoses, Fluid needle, Air nozzle and Fluid nozzle must be replaced with the parts listed below.

NOTE: Fluid hose must be one listed above, this is a ½ “ hose and the only one that can deliver this heavy bodied coating. Hose’s normally used to spray, paint, Zolatone or polymix will not work.
